Strand Jacks

We have a range of strand jacks from 15 tons to 600 tons. Our strand jacks are capable to be used in single or multiple groups to cater to the required capacity. Lifting can synchronize manually or with the use of our advanced system. Each strand jack is tested in our workshop and validated by DNVGL or Lloyd’s before deployment to project sites. ​

  • Strand Jacks are hydraulically powered by single or multiple strand
    cables for a simple “grip and lift” mechanism.
  • Strand Jacks can be use singularly or in multiple groups to give any
    lifting capacity required.
  • Multiple Strand Jacks lifting can be synchronize using computer
    system.
  • We can synchronize up to 40nos of strand jacks using our PLC
    system.
  • Every Strand Jack is tested in our workshop and validated by third
    party inspector before we deploy to the job sit

Lift & Lock Gantry System

We provide the lifting solution for generators and turbine in the power plant. We deploy the hydraulic gantry from J&R Lift-N-Lock system. This solution provides greater mobility and better efficiency than over head cranes and mobile cranes.
  • Pro-Lifting Solution’s 400T gantry system can relocate and install
    heavy pressure turbines, generators, boiler sections, transformers
    and storage tanks.
  • This solution provides greater mobility and better efficiency than
    over head, mobile & crawler cranes.

  • The Cube Jack has a small footprint and is useable in confined spaces, providing heavy lift contractors with a stable lift up to 3 metres.
